TYCHON Technical Integration Manager | Sierra Vista, Arizona

TYCHON is seeking an Administrator/Engineer to join a 24×7 team supporting daily operations and maintenance of Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) in Sierra Vista, AZ. Team members work with customers to resolve questions or issues with the platform and products. In addition, monitor platform health, remediate service degradations, and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or relevant work experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Secret, preferred TS/SCI Eligible.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Qualified or within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work on site and support day or night shifts as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiar with TYCHON.
  • Experience working with a 24×7 team.
  • Experience working with the DoD.
  • Ability to communicate with varying levels of customers (Users to Senior Leaders).
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Understanding troubleshooting principles and techniques.
  • Familiar with ITIL and/or Enterprise Change Control.
  • Familiar with one or more of the following Enterprise solutions:
    • Ticketing (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
    • Endpoint Security (Trellix ENS, Microsoft MDE, CrowdStrike, etc.)
    • Vulnerability Scanners (Tenable, Rapid7, etc.)
    • SIEM (Elastic/ Kibana, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.)
    • Databases (Microsoft SQL, SQLite, Elastic, etc.)
    • Web Servers (Tomcat, Apache, IIS, etc.)
    • Messaging Fabrics (Kafka, DXL, MQTT, etc.)
  • Shell scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber or equivalent experience

Infrastructure Engineer | Fredericksburg, Virginia

TYCHON is seeking motivated individuals looking to join a fast-growing cyber security company on the cutting edge of technology. As a TYCHON Infrastructure Engineer, successful candidates must have significant experience with infrastructure administration and virtual lab environments. No travel is expected. Must be a US Citizen. Currently, due to COVID, the position allows for part telework and part on-site (as needed).

  • 5+ years experience in infrastructure administration and engineering
  • Ability to manage own schedule and tasks with little to no direction
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with management, peers, and subordinates
