What you will do:
  • Prospect, qualify opportunities and develop account plans, sell, and close new business using your direct selling expertise and ‘hunter’ mentality.
  • Lead and drive the execution of sales strategies for named enterprise accounts. Identify and communicate marketing requirements and competitive data (e.g. pricing, feature needs, license models and value proposition strategies) to management in support of sales strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Regional Director, Technical Account Management

The Regional Director, Technical Account Management (TAM), directly supports a team of commercial enterprise sales executives, works with prospective customers and partners, and manages all technical aspects of pre-sales activities through a successful product deployment. A successful candidate will be the leading technical product adviser and evangelist for our line of advanced endpoint security products.

What you will do:
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise through product presentations, use-case driven product demonstrations, pilot implementations and product trials, and on-going technical consultation.
  • Work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches.
  • Create pre-sales content, use-case driven demonstrations and scripts, and contribute input to sales and marketing materials (such as metrics, test results, competitive product comparisons, product features, benefits, unique discriminators, etc.).
